本書はNVC（非暴力コミュニケーション）の書籍です。NVCに就いて、私は言葉としての認識は以前からありましたが、その実に触れたのは本書が最初でした。
本書を読み始めたころはこれが何を意味するのかなかなか理解できませんでしたが、読み進めていくうち、今までに自分自身が行っていた暴力コミュニケーションに気づき、それが原因で物事がうまくいかなくなったことに気づきました。
本書の中で出てくる「人は理解されていると感じたとき、他の可能性に対して柔軟になることが簡単になる」という言葉は胸に突き刺さりました。
本書に書かれているNVCの実践は簡単なことではないと感じていますが、少しでも実践できればかなりの改善ができることを確信した次第です。

Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site. Preview your site to check that all your elements are displaying content from the right collection fields.
